3. Professional Services Agreement Signed

  • Sign the Professional Services Agreement and begin plan design.
  • Tree and Topography surveys ordered.

4. Preliminary Home Plans

  • Complete our Home Plan Design Questionnaire.
  • Introduction to interior designer to begin discussion of allowances.
  • Begin collaborating with the architect/designer during the preliminary home plan development.
  • Preview exterior selections with interior designer.

5. High - Low Estimate

  • Brad Moore Builders will provide an estimated high and low expected cost.
  • Begin discussion of construction specifications.

6. Finalize Home Plans

  • Continue to finalize home plans.
  • Continue exterior selections with interior designer.
  • Continue to finalize the construction specifications and allowances.
  • Final cost estimates completed.

7. Construction Contract Presented & Signed

  • Final home plans, construction specifications, and allowances presented and signed.
  • Final contract price addendum presented and signed.
  • Pay 10% of the total contract price as an initial payment.
  • Home plans and construction contract submitted to lender (if applicable).
  • Finalize exterior selections with interior designer.
  • Plans submitted for engineering and ACC/HOA approval.
  • Close on interim construction loan.
  • Begin interior selections with interior designer
  • Begin preparing the lot for construction.

8. Preconstruction Begins

  • Pre-construction meeting held with project manager, custom home specialist, and the homeowners to review plans and specifications.
  • HOA/ACC approvals are received.
  • Site work and foundation slab construction begin.
  • Foundation slab poured.
  • Slab Pour Celebration!!

9. Home Construction Continues

  • Conduct seven quality assurance walk-throughs with the project manager.
  • Third Party and internal quality control inspections conducted.

10. Homeowner Orientation

  • Conduct home orientation meeting with homeowners.
  • Key Handover Celebration!!
